We would like to say a huge thank you to you for dealing with our electrical emergency. We called you on 26th August on the back of our electric hot water tank had stopped working and we had no hot water as we are an all-electric household. Over the phone we believed it the hot water tank controller had stopped working, you arrived two hours later with a new hot water controller ready to fit, only for you to advise us it wasn’t the controller; it was in fact a poorly fitted electrical wiring and fuse in the main fuse box, as we were discussing the actual fault the main fuse board started smoking in front of us. Within three hours you and one of your team completely swapped out the old main fused board and replaced with a new latest spec metal fuse board with new fuses and the latest fire suppressant fitting. Thank you again for your swift attendance, your detailed diagnostics of the actual issue and the rapid work you in bring back our hot water. We are very grateful to you and the team

David planned sourced and fitted a full solar and battery system at our home. David is, as the company suggests, a very professional specialist. He makes solutions for any issues. He sources quality equipment and makes applications and provides all required documents. Everyone was pleasant clean and professional throughout the fitting. Special mention to his apprentice ( no name, my fault! ). Who did the dirty jobs in the loft. After finishing David monitored the system and returned to tweek it.
